The Rasgandhayan’s students’ body organizes academic events/competitions and fun activities across the year for their holistic development. Days of international and national significance like World Ozone Day, World Biofuel Day and National Science Day are celebrated annually.

These are interspersed with institutional and educational visits to industries and laboratories : the recent ones include those to Dhampur sugar mill, UFLEX packaging industry, Yakult, Glaxo Smithkline, Taragram, IIT Glass blowing unit (Delhi), Central Forensic Science Laboratory (Chandigarh), Patanjali Herbal Gardens (Haridwar), Virtual visit of Yamuna Biodiversity Park and  Inter University Accelerator Centre. From time to time, alumnae are invited for interaction sessions with students. In association with other science departments, Rasgandhayan organizes the inter-college science festival ‘Scintillations’.

The annual society magazine ‘Amalgam’ gives opportunity to students to showcase their individual perspectives, writing and editing skills.
